Financial Info

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time that the service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you have dental insurance

Dental insurance is a wonderful benefit that your employer has made available for you. However, understanding the insurance process can be a bit confusing. At Endodontics of Malden, we strive to help you navigate this process.

If you have provided us with insurance information, we will help you by contacting your insurance carrier to verify your coverage and determine your ESTIMATED co-payment. However, we prefer that you contact your insurance company to find out what your co-payment amount is. Please be sure to ask our office for the “insurance codes” for the procedures that will be done at our office.

Please also note that the co-payment you pay us is only an ESTIMATE. We use the E.O.B. (Explanation of Benefits) that we receive from your insurance company after it has paid the claim to determine what your exact co-payment is. You will also receive a copy of this EOB from your insurance company.

The best way for you to know the exact amount of the co-payment BEFORE the procedure is undertaken, is to contact the insurance company (using the procedure codes that our office will give you).

The office financial policy dictates that any account that has an outstanding balance of over 2 weeks will be referred to an outside billing agency, “American Profit Recovery.” You will then receive bills from “American Profit Recovery.”

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us.
